Treatment process: after admission the patient undertook related physical checks and the main diagnostic results were: bilateral ureteral stent replacement. After confirming the diagnosis she was improved the relevant examination and there had no obvious operation contraindication. On May 10, 2019 patient was used transurethral ureteroscopy bilateral ureteral stent replacement under local anesthesia. The whole operation process went smoothly. After operation she was conducted rehydration to suit the support therapy. The patient recovered well. Superior competent department was ask for discharge. Finally patient was allowed to go out of the hospital and was told by the physician to get regular reviews later.

Primary diagnosis: bilateral ureteral stent replacement

Secondary diagnosis: bilateral ureteral stricture, urinary tract infection, postoperative appendectomy

Discharge advice and medication:

1. Suggest the patient to have complete rests for two weeks, avoid fatigue, take reasonable diet, drink extra water (for adult: more than 4000 ml/day), do frequent urination (for adult: make it more than 2500 ml/day).

2. The patient's interior body ureteral has indwelling stents, make regular outpatient reviews, change new replacement stents if needed.

3. Doctor DUTY-TIME: Li Jun (director physician): Wednesday& Thursday mornings, Wang Wenying (deputy director physician): Wed. Morning& Thursday afternoon; Ning Chen (attending doctor): Wednesday afternoon& Thursday whole day;

4. If feeling discomfort, make follow-up visit on time.
