英国签证处（大使馆）对签证文件翻译是这样要求的：

This guide is provided free of charge and is for use outside the UK only.

You should read this information guide to help you decide which documents will be useful in supporting the
statements that you have made on your visa application form (VAF).

It is not a list of documents that you must submit. We do not expect you to provide all of the documents listed
below, it is for you to decide which documents are most relevant to your application.

If you submit a document that is not in English or Welsh, it must be accompanied by a full translation that can be independently verified by the Home Office. Each translated document must contain:

confirmation from the translator that it is an accurate translation of the original document;

the date of the translation;

the translator's full name and signature; and

the translator's contact details.

The submission of all or any of these documents does not guarantee that your application will
be successful.
