Plaintiff: panda, male, born on Dec,29, 1964, ethnic group: Han, he is a cadre of the Second Construction Engineering Company, Daxian; and is currently residing at the complex building Unit 2, fl 3, #1 of Daxian Second Construction Engineering Company;

Defendant: pig, female, was born on March 18, 1964, ethnic group: Han; unemployed; is now living the complex building Unit 2, fl 3, #1 of Daxian Second Construction Engineering Company.

The cause of action: for a divorce.

The plaintiff & the defendant were junior high school classmates; in September 1983 they engaged in a relationship. And the wedding took place on December 12, 1985. however the formal marriage certificate has not been applied. After their wedding, both parties had a plain emotion in their relationship. And the woman gave birth to a daughter called FAN XIUMING at lunar calendar March 7, 1987; then at the lunar April 27, 1992, she gave birth of a son Fan Jiming. Gradually the two sides had conflict due to contrast personalities, so as to break their husband and wife relationship. The plaintiff first came to the court, put forward the appeal of divorcing the defendant.

Under the trial of this case, presided over by our mediation, the two parties voluntarily reach the agreement as follows:

1, The plaintiff FAN XINJUN proposed to divorce Li Zhongmin the defendant; and the defendant agree to divorce.

2, Both parties have a marriage-birth female child FAN XIUMING, and a male child Fan Jiming; they will be raised by the plaintiff, and the defendant does not undertake any raising fees.

3, The plaintiff, the defendant after marriage, have mutual-owned property as follow: a residential house which is located in the city of Dazhou Pailou village: 2unit, No. 3# on the fourth floor  Agriculture Bureau relative's courtyard (about 115 square meters); Dazhou Lotus Street (the former Daxian ErJian Department offices) outlet room and a suite on the second floor number 1(about 90 square meters); Daxian south outer-Daxian Second Construction Engineering Company office building ground floor No.1, all these house property rights are owned by FAN XIUMING, the defendant of the above property only has rights to possess, utilize, and gain profits. The house locates in the Second Construction Company of Daxian, complex building, unit 2, on the third floor, No.1 house (about 340 square meters), its property right is owned by Fan Jiming, and all the facilities and equipment in the house are all belonged to the plaintiff. The plaintiff of the housing has the right to possess, utilize, profit from only. For all of the above property, the transfer formalities are handled by the plaintiff and is responsible for the relevant cost.

4, The plaintiff, the defendant after marriage; within the common creditor's rights and debts of the plaintiff: the claims and debts of the plaintiff shall be borne by the plaintiff. The defendant’s claims and debts shall be borne by the defendant,

5 The plaintiff will make an one-time payment to the defendant as economic aids: 150000 Yuan, which is paid when receiving the conciliation statement. The plaintiff will pay the cost of living and medical treatment of a total of 650000 yuan to the defendant. The whole clearance period is from January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2005. (Pay 130000 yuan each year, of which 80000 yuan shall be owned by the defendant, 50000 yuan are kept in the bank; the deposit book will be kept by the plaintiff, the defendant gives encryption on it; and they are shared by Fan Xiuming, Fan Jiming with average segmentation.)

6, When the defendant was decorating and moving the room of residence , the plaintiff paid the defendant financial aid 20000Yuan RMB.

Court cost: 1000 yuan, afforded by the plaintiff.

The agreement is in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, we have confirmed this.

The conciliation statement after signed and accepted by the parties, it has been taken the force of law.
