　　一、动词变形有违句法
　　动词的变形错误主要表现在谓语动词的错误变形和非谓语动词的变化失 误，尤其以分词和动名词为最，该类错误约占13.7%。

　　例1《科研管理》
　　原文：研究还验证了源于“棋局试验”的系统优劣评判思想并不适宜于科 研申请评价，进一步证明了专业性同行在科研申请评价中的关键角色。
　　原译：The test results about the hypothesis originated from uchess game experiment” indicate that the idea about evaluating system design quality dose not suitable for the research application evaluation, and further prove that the peers play the key role in the guarantee of evaluation effectiveness.
　　评析：原文是一个以“研宄”为主语的句子，含有“验证了”和“证明了” 两个并行的谓语，它们后面的宾语部分可以在翻译时按宾语从句予以处理；原 译“不适宜于” dose not suitable for，暴露了双重错误。鉴于suitable是形容词， 前面本该用连系动词is,却因误用助动词does，再因拼写错误变成了 dose “剂 量”；“源于”这一动词在译文中属于非谓语动词，作后置定语，故应使用-ing 形式；“专业性同行”意即“同行参与评估”，翻译时应按原译落到实处。翻译公司译员翻译：

　　2.词不达意形似神离
　　词不达意的主要表现为，针对某一特定含义的英文的相关表达可以有多个 词语，这些词语在含义和用法方面存在较大差异，在一词多义的情况下，“语境- 是压倒一切的因素”（Peter Newmark，2001: 113)，由此导致误译的比例约占 12.3%。

       例2《中国能源》
　　原文：改善环境越来越重要。从能源生产的角度而言，法国是世界上最具 特色的国家，核电是法国能源政策的“支柱之一”，是向法国所有家庭提供电力 的最佳途径。法国的核电法律制度非常完善，这对于积极、大力发展核电的中 国具有很强的借鉴意义。
　　原译：It is very important to improve the quality of environment. From the view of the energy production, France has the most characteristic country in the world. The nuclear electricity is one of the supporting pillars of energy policy in France, which is the best way to provide electricity to all families in France. The legal system of the French nuclear electricity is very perfect, so China can use it for reference because we are developing nuclear electricity actively and greatly.
　　评析：“环境”作为一个带有整体性和特定性的名词，翻译时应当在 environment前加定冠词；“从某某角度而言”被译成From the view of，破坏了 from the view point of这一固定结构；从字面上看，“法国是世界上最具特色的国 家”译成 France has the most characteristic country in the world 似乎对等，但稍加 注意即可发现，其含义变成了“法国拥有一个世界上最具特色的国家”。

　　实际上，“法国在环保和利用核能方面具有特色”才是原文的真正含义，也 即 France is the most environmentally conscious country，“法国是最具环保意识的 国家”；“核电”作为一个物质名词，本质并无不同。尽管法国的“核电制度”是特定的，但其“核电”作为一种能源，和别国的核能并无任何特别之处，The nuclear electricity中的冠词The理应去掉；原译which引导的非限制性定语从句， Nuclear electricity is the best way to provide electricity to all families in France，也就等于是说Nuclear electricity “核电”，而不是“发展核电”是一种供 电“方式”，违背了原文的真实意图；原译“法国的核电法律制度”在逻辑关系 方面尤为混乱，不如将 The legal system of the French nuclear electricity 改为 The French legal systems relating to nuclear electricity 妥当。
