Image findings:
Within the adductor magnus among the muscles in the back side of the left thigh, a huge soft tissue mass was observed, which displayed long-Tl and long-T2 signals, and displayed low signals under fat-suppression. The size of the mass was about 12.4 cm*6.51 cm*7.4 cm. The mass was polycystic with clear margins and had complete capsule. By contrast scan, no obvious enhanced signals were observed in the solid part of the lesion, and enhanced signals were seen in the capsule.
Examination opinions:
Within the adductor magnus among the muscles in the back side of the left thigh, a huge soft tissue mass was observed, which might be a lipoma.
