使用google搜索引擎，输入company in加某个地方名称的拼音，可以得到 许多公司的原原本本的网页双语介绍。翻译公司译员考虑到其中语用失误多半具有并发性的 特点，择其主要病症而为之，可以简要归纳为标点误用、拼写错误、用词不当、 结构散乱以及时态误用等几个方面，并结合几个具体例子分析如下：
首先了解一下标点误用：
例1原文：野马经贸有限公司是一家集进出口贸易、旅游购物、仓储、国 际联运、境内外工程承包为一体的自治区重点进出口企业，其前身是1994年成 立的阿泰野马实业有限公司。（<http://www.yema.ec.en/chinese/F/15/default.asp>) J^i$： Yema economy and trade CO.LTD was found in 2003. the former is Yema industry CO.LTD which found in 1994. form then on, like a running wild horse, Yema doing a quickly developing. At 1994, it become a barter trade enterprise, then doing boundary small, scale trade in 1996 (<http://www.yema.ec.en/F/01/default.asp>) 公司名称客随主便，从理论上讲“野马”既可以使用汉语拼音，也可以使 用“Wild Horse”，当由公司自行决定。但原译公司名称中的economy and trade以 及industry都没有大写；was found以及后面的which found意思和语法全错：the former 和 the latter 相对应，“前身”不等于“前者”；on，like 和 horse，Yema 中间的逗号用错，均应空格；a quickly developing.中的点号前面不应该空格，后 面应该空格却没有空格；it become属于严重语法错误，要么考虑用过去时，要 么一般现在时；总之，标点混乱，没有把握主语导致句子结构断裂，术语翻译 也不到位，而且，原译直到整个句子结束竟然也不使用一个点号。点号逗号前 面不应该空格，点号逗号后面都必须空格。建议改译：
